PSK L2TP roadwarrior connection?

I need to setup a PSK L2TP key for a roadwarrior connection.
in WinXP this is very easy since a button for this exist, but how do i do it in Win2k?

Pre Shared Key is not available with the built in W2K vpn client. That was a new
feature of XP Pro. If you have a W2K server on the network you can issue computer
certificates by making it a Certificate Authority which will work and is much more
secure than PSK. --- Steve
