PsionTeklogix emulator in VS2005

Hi,

I've installed CF2.0 SP1 patch and latest available SDK from
PsionTeklogix (1.09), but for some strange reason I still cannot "see"
the Teklogix emulators in Visual Studio 2005, although I do see Pocket
2003 and Windows CE5.0 emulators. In VS2003 I can see both, but we want
to develop for CF2.0 on CE5.0 (and CE4.2).

Anyone any tips or hints on what I'm missing ?

Are you sure the SDK is supposed to include an emulator? Many do not.

Well, it contains an emulator that runs when developing in VS2003. And
the SDK installer has a "CE4.2" and a "CE5.0" part; so I assume it
should be possilbe to use the emulaters in VS2005 as well...

Actually I _can_ choose a PsionTeklogix _device_ in VS2005; it's just
that in VS2003 I can choose to deploy to either PsionTeklogic device or
emulator,
and in VS2005 I can only deploy to a real device. I guess there is
some "registering" problem ?

Well your best bet is to contact Psion support. If anyone knows if it will
work or how, they should.
