PSD99 Buying A New Hardrive!

hello everyone

im buying a new harddrive for my pc

rite please look at this

i think its a good price because im going down there to pick it up
so no delivery charges

im gona use it to store my music and files.

can ne1 find it cheaper for me then?
u think its a good drive then?

A nice price for a nice HD. I don't think you'd find it much cheaper elsewhere.

Depending on how many music / files you have is 320GB going to be enough.

i mean im expecting t get around 305Gb out of the 320 avaiable

and i think im gona fill her up to around 200-250gb
because at the moment ive got around 8 gb free
which for me is peanuts!

try looking for a hd with a 16mb cache, may be better considering its size

is there the same size of 320gb? but 16mb cache i coulndt find one like this

there appear to be 6 harddrives around the size you want with 16mb cache's, however they are slightly more expensive and appear to come only in either 300gb or 400gb

But.. thinking about the speed diffence between 2mb cache and 8mb cache you may have experienced i would think it is probably worth it

Ya might want to check on good support before buying.

I like Western Digital because of very good support. The firmware you can download is easy to use. Sygate doesnt have any support I dont like that. I ended up trashing some drives that dont have firmware support.

Sometimes its the things ya might not think about that comes back to haunt ya.
