psc 2410 card reader

I was reading in the psc2410 manual that the card reader will format camera
cards that are under 8 megs and over 64 megs to a Fat32 format. Could
someone explain why it does that? I have a full card and i do not want it
formatted and my pictures lost? Thanks Tom

I think they mean it can, not that it arbitrarily will (all though it is
not my fault if it does).

Hehehe, i appreciate your advice. I at least hope it would given a warning
that it was going to do it, like it does when you format a hard drive.
