PSC 1215 Printing Problem

Help! I've a strange new problem with my HP PSC 1215 all in one.

When I print a Word document its only printing the bold headings & not the underlyning text? I'm running on XP & haven't had this problem before.

I've checked the print levels & they look fine?

Any ideas?
 
Driver / Microsoft Word issue?

Thanks but I've already tried that. I'm beginning to think that the problem is either with the driver or with Word. The printer worked fine using Nero Express yesterday & when I tried to print a table from word it selected which of the cells to show (seemingly at random!).
