PSA: Nvidia users, don't use any drivers newer than 362.00

Been a ton of reports of the newer drivers 364.47 and 364.51 crashing systems, BSOD's etc, even some claiming HW damage. While I doubt the latter is really a thing (internet drama) the crashing etc is.

Stick to 360.00 (the latest official on the NV site as they've taken down the 364.XX's.

If you've installed the newer 364.XX, roll back or reinstall the 362.00's.
