My sister's boyfriend hooked up his PS3 to the network we have and tried to
access files from my computer.
When he plugged it in, I got that small window with all the computers or
accessories I have allowed or denied.
He clicked "allow this device" and now has gained access to all my files
whenever he wants to plug back in.

I don't even know what this program is called, how do I get into that
program to deny access to my computer.

You probably have a router, right? Pull out its electric power cord,
which will shut down your network. Then call the company that made your
router, and ask them to help you. You haven't provided any information
that we can use to help.

Whenever I have something new plugged into my computer that attempts to send
and receive information a small window pops up in Windows XP PRO.
It shows the devices I have attached in the past and wether I've allowed
them on my system or denied access.
This is a Windows XP program I'm looking for. I can't figure out what it was
that popped up when I plugged something in. It even did it with my external
hard drives too, the problem is if it already recognizes the attached
hardware trying to access, then it doesn't do anything.
So I can't find it again, because I have nothing to connect which I haven't.

I've already exhaused the options with checking the network router, and it's
not the router choosing to allow or deny things. It's my computer.

So if there is some sort of information you need more of, let me know rather
than giving some snarky comment about how it's not enough.
