PS3 emailing

after creating a story I e-mail it to myself before sending to others.
however, I cannot open it because it tells me the file is corrupted. what to
do? thanks

How...exactly are you trying to open the
file?

You should be able to open/play it in
Windows Media Player.

The only way to open a Story in PS3 is
to open PS3 and choose...Play A Story...
then select the story from a list of saved
storys.

If you use the "Open With" option you will
receive the Corrupted" dialog.

If I go into PS3 and select a story it will not allow me to play it. If I
e-mail it to myself and try to open it, I get the corrupted file message.

I have 3 "stories" and 2 of them will open and play with no problem. But the
3rd is the "corrupt" one. the pictures come from the same camera. but I did
add music and text. that is the only difference. do you think I should
uninstall and reinstall?

I would suggest re-creating the Story...
apparently it is...in fact...corrupt.
