Proxy switcher software

I'm looking for a proxy switcher software for IE. I would prefer something
that would use a different ip each time I clicked on a url. It would be
nice if it could check the speed of the proxies and go down the list of them
according to speed.

Also, anyone know where I can find some big lists of active fast proxies?

If such freeware doesn't exist, does anyone know of shareware or a paid
program that can do this?

a quick google search will turn up more fresh proxies
than you can use

access driver is more of a hacking program, but it has a
proxie verifier built in to it

I'm not sure where access driver is anymore
I'm sure with a little looking you will find it
