Hi,
I'm looking for a free or low cost proxy server software that will run on a
win2k pro machine.
Can anyone recommend any and what problems that may have been encountered.
I would be good if it had some way of frittering\limiting downloads by user
or Ip address.

I cannot comment on this type of software as when I needed it a few years
ago I wrote my own - sorry.
