I use Internet Explorer 6x on my XP Pro PC up at work. Whenever I access an
external website (which I do frequently), I have to enter a username/password
to bypass the company proxy. Is there a way for IE to remember my proxy
credentials, such as entering them into the registry, so I won't have to
enter them all the time? Thanks.

This is probably the way they want it where you work - not having the proxy
bypass username/password being remembered - as a security issue. Talk with
your system admin. There are third-party "password manager" apps out there
that will fill in the username/password boxes for you automatically, but I
wouldn't recommend installing them on a machine at work - unless I got
permission to do so. Wouldn't want to get terminated for unauthorized
software that's breaking a security measure, you understand.....
