Hi! I am a complete newbie so please forgive any mistakes!!
I am using Parcom to host my site (www.brielle.ca), I have been able to
publish my site just fine and then when I tried to I recieved the error
message "Unable to open "http://brielle.ca". Possible causes: 1. The web
server may not have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed. 2. The web
server may be temporarily out of service. 3. If you are connecting through a
proxy server, the proxy settings may be incorrect. 4. An error may have
occurred in the web server."
I have contacted the server and they are not having any problems on thier
end. The FP extensions are installed and work for them. They are at a loss
and think it must be an FP issue.. I have run FPclean. I have deleted all of
the temporary files as recomended to other posters. The other error message
that comes up is if I go to www.brielle.ca in my browser and try to edit with
FP from there - it comes up that the proxy settings are incorrect. What does
that mean and how do I fix it? Any ideas??????? Thanks in advance!
