How can I use remote desktop if the remote desktop client
is behind a proxy server?
.
Hi All,
Just managed to configure remote desktop to work from
behind a proxy server. The way that I did it was set up
some mapped proxies and then in the IP address in the
remote connection screen I used 123.123.123.123 and
123.123.123.123:8080

123.123.123.123 is the IP of my proxy where port 3389 is
mapped to my first desktop target 321.321.321.321:3389

123.123.123.123:8080 is the IP of my proxy where port 8080
is mapped to my first desktop target 456.456.456.456:3389

Hey presto multiple RD sessions talking to multiple
servers..

It depends on if connections to non-proxy ports are being blocked.....
