Dear all,
Does Vista have Proxy Server installed? or is it an add-on? if no whats
the best free Proxy Server for Vista in the market now ?

Hi Joshua,

A proxy sesrver simply forwards requests from a client OS (like Vista) to
another server. Vista isn't a server OS, it's a client OS, so it
wouldn't/couldn't be a proxy server. Can it use a proxy server? Certainly,
you'll find the options in the properties of your connection.
