Proxy Server With Caching Capability

Any suggestions for a proxy server that will run on XP pro and will provide
caching for a small lan?

The lan consists of 3 PC's running XP Pro sharing a dialup internet
connection.

I'm chasing a proxy/cache prog primarily so that security patches, anti
virus definitions, etc don't need to be downloaded multiple times because of
the limited bandwidth.
