ProxoPatcher 3.0 is out. Main improvements are:

FUNCTIONAL:
All-new __double-paned__ tray menu with many more handy functions, like
direct opening of Web and Header filter list screens.

COSMETIC:
Improved (less cluttered) Web Filter Editor layout. Desktop icons look
better (now also converted from 16-bits to full-color format).

Make sure you have the correct Proxomitron 4.5j for this. There are
two with exactly the same exe file size: one dated June 1st and one
dated June 2nd which is the one you need (can be downloaded from the
site of the patcher). The patcher increases the program size by 30 Kb.
Never knew you could do all this with ResourceHacker. Is there no
manual for that program?
