Proximity Search Database Solutions?

I have a mdb with a table full of addresses. I would like to be able to
enter a variable address which would then query against the table and return
all addresses within 50/100/150 miles of the variable address.

Does anyone have a suggestion on the easiest/best way to accomplish this?
