Protection stub has stopped working

trying to install Zoo Tycoon 2 onto 32 bit Vista. keep getting Protection
Stub has stopped working error. anyone out there have an answer? please help!

Try installing it with administrator privileges. Right click installer and
select admin. Might have to do that to run the game too.
