Protecting temporary internet files folder

How would I stop other people on my computer from deleting pages that they
have viewed on the internet from the temporary internet file folder?

If you have XP Pro, use Group Policy to do this. For questions about
using Group Policy, post here: microsoft.public.windows.group_policy

If you have XP Home, look at the MS Shared Computer Toolkit:
