how do i set his explorer up the way i want it? from my account?

their customers. Some of them are:
MSN
AOL
SBC Yahoo!
Comcast (Almost sure)
Check with your ISP. The larger the ISP the more chance they provide it.
But, please not the PC should be set in a heavily traveled room, and not let
the kid on when no one is home. (Use Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP Home /
Pro to setup account security.) IM's should be logged, ect.
You could use the parental controls in IE, but your teen will find the way
to remove the password.
