Protecting an MS Access database?

I've gone thru many articles on how to secure an MS Access 2000 database,
but so far every single one of the "secure" methods is hackable using any
number of different tools that one can buy on the Internet.

I currently use a database password for protection. I attempt to use the
group/user settings, but those were easily defeated by simpling deleting the
..mdw file and/or using the same hack tools.

Is there anyway I can truely secure an MS Access database that can NOT be
easily compromised by the many Password hack tools?

No.

Although I should point out that if your attempts at using User-Level Security
could be defeated simply by deleting the mdw file it means you didn't set it up
correctly. While ULS can be beaten with the hacking tools/utilities you
mention, it certainly cannot be defeated simply using a different mdw.

Bottom line is if you need tight security *from users* then you should not have
the data in an mdb file.
