I need help to create a password protected template that
can be saved as a ".doc" file with the same automatic
password protection.
Is it possible ?

Thank you

Password protected from?
Do you want to keep the reader from opening the document and reading it?
From making changes? From making changes without those changes being
obvious?

If you protect your template for forms and assign a password, that
protection will carry forward into your new document. Note that this
protection is weak. It is easy to get around these passwords.

Which version of Word are you using?
