Many commands will not/cannot work in a document protected as
a form; others will work in unprotected sections.

Assuming the forms protection is more for the sake of
convenience (using the form fields), or you don't need 100%
protection of the document layout, you could insert section
breaks and unprotect the section where the HTML file should
be inserted.

I have a similar problem inasmuch as my client needs me to
"idiot-proof" (protect) a form for users to fill in text
fields...but...he wants a discussion section inserted in
the middle using a text box which will be linked to a
second text box at the end of the document for overflow
discussion. The first text box needs to be a fixed size.
In protecting my document I find that even though the
sections containing the two linked text boxes are NOT
protected, I am unable to access them. Any suggestions?
Any one?

As far as I know, there is no way to solve this. The drawing
layer is locked out in all sections of a protected form.
Whenever I've had to do something of this sort, I've needed
a macro that locates the visible end of the top part, cuts
the remaining text and pastes into the bottom part. Usually
to execute before printing or on command. Not fun to do, but
possible.
