Is there any freeware, or otherwise good inexpensive programs or methods to
prohibit copying html text from a website, or even protect an html email?
Using FrontPage as website tool, but don't see any thing in it to restrict
access such as selecting and copying, unless I've missed it. TIA - Dodge

How do I stop people from downloading my graphics or code?

Create your content as PDF using the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

It's very easy to stop people copying tour work. Don't publish.

Thomas, would I be able to display the PDF as a webpage with the protection,
or simply have it as a downloadable PDF file. If I could display it in the
users browser, this would work out terrific.
Thanks - Dodge

Ok, I have to ask and please don't take it the wrong way but,
What is so special or different about your text or html that makes you think you have to "protect" it?

If you have created an html page that renders in a browser the way you want it too,
it has already been done / programmed into the browser or it would not display properly, if at all.

JavaScript or vb script or CSS included in the above question.

Steve, no problem in asking. It was something submitted to website and the
submitter asked it be copy protected if possible. Like an opt-in, or opt-out
email list, I want to respect this request. That simple.

Email lists and other confidential data should be stored in a database,
not in a web page. Databases can be protected, and the pages accessing
the database can be secured (require a password/userid to open the
page). But the HTML on a page that is opened cannot be protected (and
that includes images and data shown in the page).

You would be able to display the PDF in a browser window, but it still has downloaded first to be
viewed.
