Protect my work

Please can you help I have some accounts that I want to protect from being
opened,
I have a folder marked Accounts in that there is an icon for Excel worksheet
is there a way if someone clicks that they are asked for a password before
anything is revelled on the Document,I have tried protect sheet etc but that
doesnt work

There is a nice little program called IIS Protect. You right click on the
folder you want to protect and enter in a user name and password to
validate it. Also, assuming you are using IIS, turn off directory browsing.
Even if they know the relative path to the subweb folder, and you have
passworded it, it shoudl keep all but the most determined from accessing
it.

in the SaveAs dialog you can click on 'options' and under
the 'Protection' dialog define a read/write password
