Hi!

I crete a "fill in the blanks" form . I use a password in order to not allow
users modifications on the document .There is a problem concerning the
filliable fields:
I fill it out and if I press the "Enter Key" all document is altered...

Does anybody know what happens ?
Thank you a lot !!

The Enter key works as usual in form fields. If you want to limit the amount
of text that can be entered or the space it takes up, put your text form
field in a table cell with Exact height and Preferred width.

Use the tab key to move from one field to the next. The Enter key operates
to add a paragraph, in the middle of a field if that is where you are. It
can be changed but only by programming. What you are talking about is what
Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more about online
forms, follow the links at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm. The first link
will take you to instructions for changing the way the Enter key works, if
that is what you want to do.

Hope this helps,
