I have a customer that wants to send a Access 2003 db to another company to
just view functionality. We want the other company to just view the user
functions ie the execution of forms, reports for data entry and retireval.
We DONOT want the other company to see any design views of tables, queries,
forms, reports, macros. Is there a way to do this and how. Any info
appreciated.

You'd need to implement user-level security which is far from being a
trivial task. See my web site for a link to the MS FAQ on Access user-level
security and a step-by-step guide.

You'd also need to disable the bypass key, hide the db window and, if
you're really keen, create an mde file.

ALWAYS work on copies of your files!

Keith.
