PROSetGUIMgrResourceDLL error

Hi,
I just reinstalled XP. I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 with a centrino
chip. I get this error everytime my laptop starts up now. It says:

Could not load PROSetGUIMgrResourceDLL.

Also, everytime I try to open control panel, I get "Intel(R) (Proset)
Resources not available"

This error seems to have to do with the wireless connection setup, I
think? Anyhow, if anyone could help, that'd be great. Thanks.
