Proret.msi

I really hope this can be solved because i have been having trouble with it from quite some time. when i try to install service pack3 it comes up with the insert Windows XP Professional so i insert it and then it says it can't find proret.msi which it needs. can someone help get that file or show me how to fix it somehow? i heard somewhere that if you uninstall windows xp pro and then install it again it might work but i don't want to mess anything up.

Microsoft have yet to release a 3rd service pack for XP!
It is however due 2008.

SP3 and proret.msi are Microsoft Office files, nothing to do with XP, except maybe Office XP.


Go find your MS Office CDs and insert that when asked.
