I bought a Prophet 9200SE 128Mb (on a Dell Dimension 500Mhz with Win XP
Pro). Installation went fine - no problems and all runs well (not a gamer's
machine - occasionaly a game...)

The utilties that came with it raise some questions though, are they
needed - usefull and what do you people do with them (for instance do you
let them be preloaded at start up or did you remove them) ?

I used an old videocard before that didn't have all those things... therefor
no decisions were to be taken then ...now I could use some good advice.

I have installed - after the installation of the CD that came with it and
upgraded the driver from ATI site, the following softwares :

- Catalyst 3.10 (from website)
- 3D Tweaker
- Hydravision
- 3 Deep
- E Color

After start-up of the PC I see following icons;

ATI
3D Tweaker
E Color

Do I need these loaded ?

Thx,

Thx,

3D tweaker probably is not a bad tool to have loaded

But E Color... is probably a color calibration tool and is in most cases not needed!
