I have a subform whose ControlSource is a datasheet (not a form in datasheet
view).
This is done so that I can display the results of a variety of queries
using the same form.

I can right-click on a value displayed in this datasheet, and filter or sort
the data. If this were a main form, the Filter or OrderBy properties would
be available for the form. How can I access the properties for the
datasheet?

TIA -

Oh - I found it!
To my amazement, the subform has a Form property, which exposes all the
properties I'd have expected if a full subform were there, not just a
datasheet.

Cool, isn't it? I only discovered that recently. Apparently a
datasheet is only a special type of form.
