I'm sure that I used to be able to use two colors in title
bars to get a 'fade' affect. Now, the option to select a
second color is not available.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to make the second
color selection available?

I've tried '256', High and True. None work. I recently had
to rebuild my system (i.e re-install Win2k) and I'm not
sure if that caused this to happen. Surely there is a
setting somewhere that is now different than before.

I appreciate your responses.

You probably have your display properties set at 256

colors (8-bit). If so, change it to High Color (16-bit).
