Properly displaying record by field in a Report

I am trying yo setup a report. This report is to show all of the employees
that are enrolled in a class by Date, Instructor & Class. When I run the
report, the header only shows one of the instructors classes and the body
shows every employee even if they are being trained by a different
instructor. How can I get my report to print out the correct way and only
have the employees listed by the instructor and class they had?
 
Do all your records display as expected in the report's record source query?
How are you Sorting and Grouping the report records?
When you say "the header" how are we supposed to know which header?
