Word Propagating Word Table with Photos

I would like to find a way to select a group of photos and have them added to a column in a Word table. The table has two columns, left for text and right for photos. Can anyone point me to an application or macro that would do that? It could add a row at each insert which would allow the table to grow to the appropriate size for the group of photos.
