Prompted to allow a context menu handler event every boot [AVG 7]

Every time my customer boot's up his XP Pro SP2 PC with AVG Professional 7.1
installed he is prompted by MSAS to accept the install of:

*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\AVG7 Shell Extension

Even though he clicks allow it keeps appearing.

Has anyone heard of this, or can anyone suggest a fix.

Is the user logging in using an account with administrator permissions?

Are other configuration choices in the UI for Microsoft Antispyware being
properly recorded--i.e. can he change something and have that change "stick"
between opening the UI?
 
that's just how the beta works - it doesn't remember (or honor) the "Remember
this Action" condition. Beta 2 is coming soon, hope they address
this......feature......
