Prompted for Password at each Send/Receive

Even though the Remember Password checkbox is checked I have to type in my
password each time Send/Receive is initiated, either scheduled or manually.
 
I have tried deleting the Protected Storage Key and I get msg 'error deleting
key' and it doesn't let me delete the subkey.
What next?
