Prompt to allow access

When clicking "New" to open a new outgoing message, Outlook gives a prompt
saying another program is trying access the email. It gives the option to
click "yes" or "no" and also has a drop down to select 1, 5, 10 minutes or
something close to that.
This comes after some issues with the user's address book that have
otherwise been fixed.
How can this prompt be stopped?

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated as this of course one of the
higher up execs.

Thanks!

It's likely some add-in that's been installed. Check Tools, Options, Other,
Advanced Options and go into the Add-Ins and COM Add-ins buttons. See what's
listed there and post back.
