OKay, I'm very new at this. I just bought a dell 220 projector, and
everything is great so far except that my show is not a perfect square on
the wall. I've checked everything that I know of. I've played with the
vertical, horizontal and the aspect ration on the projector. Hope you know
what I mean and can help.

I think the word the projector manufacturers use is "keystone". A kind of trapezium shape.

To get a perfect the rectangle shape (of the projected image) you need to have the projector exactly square-on to the
wall/screen. Try highering or lowering the projector (and moving the projector either left or right).

Some projectors have a keystone correction function....but they are never as good as getting the projector in the
correct place/position in the first place.
