Projector Not Recognized

Have problems with Dell laptops recognizing external projector (Dell
projector as well). Irratic and difficult to duplicate symptoms. Patched up
systems. Have tried different startup sequences. Have eight of these with
similar issues. Ghost cloned using BCDEDIT sequence.
