I've looked for about a three months. I'll give you the writeup from my
freeware site (everyone has to have one right? ) Here's the spiel:
Best Project Manager

I reviewed - 4 others

I chose - 1PM Project Management

http://www.tsm-soft.com/category/business/bzpro02.html

Very easy to set up and get going. Has all the bells and whistles you may
need except one (hence the score): You cannot share project data with
others running the app.

Rating - 6.5

I was very interested to hear about 1PM Project Management - however I could
not seem to download it from the links given.

Any alternative links or info?

Thanks

I just found this while browsing - might be of interest:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/c-y-a/

Project management framework: includes modules for companies, projects,
tasks, Gantt charts, files (with versioning), contacts/users,
tickets/helpdesk/work request, bug tracking, search, timesheets,
user/module permissions and themes. Requires InnoDB.

I like your brief reviews; they give some idea of what you found, both
good and bad. I also appreciate that your evaluation is within the
broader context of all wares. In some areas freeware is just not as
robust as commercial software.

Please consider including a list of the also-rans, perhaps with a
brief review. This would help place your reviews in context and allow
a reader to avoid -- or perhaps seek out -- those products when doing
his own evaluation. Also please mention the version you reviewed
and/or date.

Sites such as yours and Pricelessware.org make the search for good
software much easier and more successful. Thanks to all who have
created individual sites and contributed to PL.
