Project Comparison Tool

Is anyone aware of a project comparison tool that would allow me to compare
two similar VB.NET 1.1 projects? I know SourceSafe would do it but I'm not
willing to go through THAT pain again. A bulk file compare tool would
probably work just fine. Thanks!
