Can you explain what you mean by "and have a split screen"? I am guessing
you mean your primary screen on your computer (not the projected image).
Here are my 2 solutions to doing that:
1. Add a DA (video splitter) to your external VGA (the one going to the
projector) and run a local monitor next to your computer so you can see what
is being projected.
2. If your local monitor has S-Video in and picture-in-picture capabilities,
loop out the video signal from the projector on a "S-video" line and connect
it to your monitor. Run the presentation in the picture-in-picture box.
