Windows Vista Home Premium with Vista Mail
I'm making progress on the group e-mail contact list - thanks to this forum
- but I have at least one unresolved issue.
When I place an e-mail contact in the Group listing it also remains in the
main contact list. If I delete the name from the main contact list it is also
removed from the Group list.
Ideally, I would like the Group lists to contain names I have categoried by
subject, such as Physicians, where I could then click on that Group and
select a name from the group to send an e-mail. I would also like that name
not to appear on the master drop down list as it just adds redundant clutter.
I guess what I am saying is that I want the Group process to perform like it
did in the good old days when I was running XP and OE.
Is there a way I can have Groups from which I can then select a name to send
an e-mail and NOT have the same name appear on the main drop down list?
Thanks ... Harold
