progress bar

I would like to put in a progress bar at the bottom of the
access form indicating to the user that some procesing is
going on. There could be a dot for every 30 seconds or
anything similar. Can anybody give me some ideas as to how
I can do this ?
 
Take a look at the SysCmd function in the Help file to see if it will work for
you.
