I have two programs running on my computer. I have no
idea what they are. Could someone please tell me how to
find out what they are and how I can stop them? Any and
all help would be greatly appreciated....Lynne

how do you know you have 2 programs running? does pressing ctrl-alt-del
show what they are?
 
I have some programs running on my computer, but am awake enough to remember
which icons I double clicked..
