I have upgraded to XP Home. Now I cannot find the ".exe"
files to run or create a short cut on previously
installed programs. Can anyone help me. Thanks

What do you mean you can't find them? Run them from your
program list.

If you want to see them, enable your extensions to show
in windows explorer.

If you want to find them, search for *.exe in your search
for files and folders.

If this doesn't help, please be more specific. The more
relative info you provide, the easier it will be for
someone to help you.

The knowledge, and common sense, exhibited by "some" people who post here
for help, precludes them from doing anything useful, what-so-ever, with a
supplied answer. (-:

The person "probably" means that all his previously installed programs are
gone, indicating a format/install. But, we shouldn't have to guess at that,
should we!
