before i log on to the internet it says i have two
programs running but i don't know how to check to see
which ones are running. thanks for any help you can give
me.
 
I'm not sure whats asking you this, but type
CTRL+Shift+ESC to bring up the task manager. In the
Application tab it will tell you wants running.
 
That's ctrl-alt-delete to bring up Task Manger. Have no idea what
ctrl-Shift-Esc would do ((:

And with sincere apologies to boot, Chris. ctrl-Shift-Esc does EXACTLY what
ctrl-Alt-Delete does; up comes good ol' Task Manager :))
