Programs to show exe jpg and swf files

I'm looking for program(s) which can be run from a CD which do not need to
be installed on the hard drive which will run exe jpg and swf files. These
are required for use on a computer where no installations are permitted.
Suggestions, anyone?

irfanview, just copy the dir to the CD and run it from there :-)
