Programs My Way & My Way Speedbar

I have 2 programs that show up in my Control Panel but I can not delete
them. They are My Way Speedbar and My Way (Smiley Central). In windows
explorer I notice 2 directories, My Way and My Web Search.

If I delete these directories will the two programs I mention be deleted? Is
it possible in deleting those directories I will harm my system?

It's best to get rid of them, although you will need a combination of tools,
like Regcleaner, Windows Delete Programs, etc.
They say that they are not spyware, but that is not the really accurate.
I found that to uninstall the smilies, that the web page is the only place
that has the link, as it does not supply an uninstall file with the
download.
But the web page hides the push button at the very bottom of the page, when
the time comes to press, it hides. I found that I had to block the internet
traffic, to stop the page rolling, press the button, then enable the
internet again.
This worked for me, and makes you wonder about the morals of the company.
Also it was sending out every 6 seconds to gaming sites etc, which were
supposed to be optional, which you pay for on your I.S.P. bill, and must
slow down your pc especially if you are on dial up.
No free lunch I am afraid.
