programs menu

After i click Start > All Programs, the list is now to big for my screen. by
that i mean that all the programs are in alphabetical order but i now have 4
rows and the 4th row i can only see the first 2 or 3 letters of each program.
Although if i hover the mouse it tells me what it is can i change the size of
the columns or font size or whatever so i am able to see them all.
I dont particulary want to remove them.

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts.
OR
You can also configure your programs list to scroll which results in one large
column.
Right-click the Start button
Go to Properties
Click the Customize button.
Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll through the list until you see the item "Scroll Programs".
Check that and hit OK.

You can also (if possible) change the screen resolution to a larger
display setting to enable better viewing of the programs.

You can also (if possible) change the screen resolution to a larger
display setting to enable better viewing of the programs.

Can also try renaming some of the items to shorter names. Many times
folders are created by programs with really long names for the start
menu when you dont need them near that long.
